Muscle Tension Support
Long-held tension changes how the whole body feels. Massage, applied with skill and adjusted to how your tissue presents on the day, remains one of the most direct ways to address it.

Kylie holds diplomas in remedial massage and aromatherapy and has practised massage therapy for 37 years — including more than a decade teaching it. Her pressure ranges from soft to deep tissue depending on what you are seeking and how the tissue presents on the day; this is considered, responsive work, not a routine.
What sessions can include
- Remedial massage for specific areas of tightness and long-held tension patterns.
- Swedish and relaxation massage where the aim is to settle the nervous system rather than work a specific problem.
- Aromatherapy, drawing on Kylie's diploma training, where scent and oils support the session's aim.
- Low level laser therapy over particularly stubborn areas, used alongside the hands-on work.
- Reflexology, with or without laser — Kylie trained in Kent and holds a diploma in reflexology.
Who commonly books this
People carrying work- and stress-related tension in the neck, shoulders and back; people whose sleep is disturbed by physical discomfort; those managing longstanding tightness from old injuries; and patients who simply want skilled, unhurried hands-on care as part of looking after themselves. Several of Kylie's long-term patients first came for something else entirely and kept the massage.
As with everything in the clinic, the technique mix follows your Initial Assessment — and your feedback on the table.

Tissue Recovery
Soft tissue takes time to heal — and swelling, congestion and guarding can slow it down. This work is aimed at supporting the conditions tissue heals best in.
Scar Management
A scar is repair tissue laid down in a hurry. With time and the right input, scar tissue and the fibrosis around it can be encouraged to soften and move more freely.
Recovery Programs
Some situations need more than a single appointment — they need a plan. A recovery program is a structured course of sessions with a goal, a rhythm and home care built in.
