Before we begin
An Initial Assessment is required to assess your requirements and develop a treatment plan. Appointments are booked in advance — and if you are not sure treatment suits you, the free 15-minute discovery call is the place to start.
Payment
Paid appointments are paid in full at the time of booking, securely through Square. Your appointment is confirmed the moment the payment clears, and you’ll receive an email confirmation with a calendar invite.
Changes and cancellations
Treatments are very much in demand. If you need to cancel, please do so as early as you can — it enables Kylie to offer the appointment to those on her waiting list. Your confirmation email includes a link to manage or cancel your booking. Thank you for your consideration.
What to bring
- Your completed consultation form.
- Any doctor’s letters. A doctor’s letter is needed for previous cancer patients within a five-year period of clearance, stating permission to receive Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Cold Laser Therapy.
- Prior assessments relating to your condition.
- Any garments, bandages and products you are currently using.
