Payment

Paid appointments are paid in full at the time of booking. Your appointment time is not reserved until payment has been received. Payments are processed securely by Square; card details are entered directly into Square’s payment form and are never stored on this website. The free discovery call requires no payment and simply confirms when booked.

When you select a time, it is held for you for 10 minutes while you complete payment. If payment is not completed in that window the time is released and becomes available to other patients.

Booking notice

Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you need an appointment sooner than that, please call the clinic on 0408 948 817 and Kylie will accommodate you where she can.

Your first appointment

An Initial Assessment with Kylie is essential to determine the most appropriate treatment for you. If you have not been assessed here before, the Initial Assessment is the appointment to book — 25 to 90-minute treatment sessions become available to book online once you have completed it. Please bring your completed consultation form, any doctor’s letters, prior assessments, and any garments, bandages and products you are using for your condition. A doctor’s letter is required for previous cancer patients within a five-year period of clearance, stating permission to receive Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Cold Laser Therapy.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment are refunded in full, automatically, to the card you paid with. Refunds are issued through Square and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. Treatments are very much in demand, and a late cancellation means the time cannot be offered to someone on the waiting list.

Your confirmation email contains a link to view or cancel your booking. If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, please call the clinic on 0408 948 817 — Kylie will move your appointment without you needing to pay again.

Missed appointments

Appointments that are not attended and not cancelled are non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your first treatment, Kylie offers a 100% customer satisfaction money-back guarantee. Please raise it with her at the time of your appointment.

Suitability of treatment

Manual Lymphatic Drainage may not be suitable if you have an infection or inflammation in the swollen area, a blood clot, heart problems, or active cancer in the area. Treatment provided here does not replace medical advice from your doctor. If you are uncertain about whether a treatment is appropriate for you, please discuss it with Kylie before booking.
