Hivamat Deep Oscillation
Deep oscillation uses a gentle electrostatic field to vibrate tissue at depth — through skin, connective tissue and deeper layers — while feeling feather-light at the surface.

Hivamat deep oscillation works differently from massage or vibration devices. An electrostatic field is created between the therapist's hands (or a hand-held applicator) and your tissue, causing the tissue itself to oscillate — a gentle pumping vibration that reaches through the skin, subcutaneous layers and connective tissue, rather than pressing on them from outside.
Because the effect is produced in the tissue rather than by pressure, the experience at the surface is remarkably light. That makes deep oscillation particularly useful exactly where firm pressure is off the table: swollen, tender, fibrotic or freshly healed tissue.
Where it appears in the clinic
- Lymphatic care — used within lymphoedema and lipoedema sessions, where the aim is supporting the movement of fluid through congested tissue.
- Lipoedema and cellulite-prone tissue — deep oscillation is used with the aim of easing heaviness and supporting the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid through the skin and soft tissue. In published testing on people with cellulite, most participants saw improvements in skin elasticity and smoothness; individual results vary, and Kylie will be straightforward about what to expect.
- Recovery work — through tissue recovering from injury or surgery, where it can work at depths that hands cannot comfortably reach yet.
- Scar and fibrosis work — oscillation through the tissue around scars and fibrotic areas as part of a management program.
What it feels like
Most patients describe a light, pleasant vibration — some barely feel it at all. There is no heat and no discomfort, and it combines naturally with manual lymphatic drainage in the same session.
Deep oscillation is not booked on its own; it is one of the tools Kylie draws on within a treatment session, guided by your plan.

Low Level Laser Therapy
Low level laser — also called cold laser or photobiomodulation — delivers light to tissue without heat. It is painless, non-invasive, and woven through most of the clinic’s work.
Pneumatic Compression
Pneumatic compression uses inflatable sleeves that fill and release in a wave along the limb — a rhythmic, rolling squeeze that encourages fluid to move out of the legs or arms.
