Discovery Call

Not everyone who calls the clinic needs an appointment — and not every condition suits the treatments Kylie offers. The discovery call exists so you can find that out before spending anything.

What happens on the call

Kylie will ask about your condition, your history and what you are hoping to achieve. She'll answer your questions plainly. Then she'll tell you what she genuinely thinks:

• If her treatments suit your situation, she'll recommend the right next step — usually an Initial Assessment — and explain what a treatment plan might look like.
• If they don't, she'll say so, and point you toward something more appropriate. No hard feelings and no sales pitch.

Good reasons to book one

• You have lymphoedema, lipoedema or persistent swelling and want to understand what management could involve.
• You're recovering from surgery and unsure when or whether lymphatic work is appropriate.
• A doctor, physio or friend suggested lymphatic drainage and you'd like to understand what it actually is.
• You have a history of cancer treatment and need to know what's required before treatment can begin.

How it works

Pick a time that suits you and Kylie will call you on the number you provide. The call is 15 minutes, there is no charge, and booking takes about a minute — no card required.
